Joth Ricci is Chief Executive Officer of Dutch Bros Coffee. Prior to joining Dutch Bros in January of 2019, Joth served as president and CEO of Adelsheim Vineyard and President of Stumptown Coffee Roasters. In addition to his leadership in the beverage industry, Joth is Chairman of the Board for the Oregon Business Council and Co-founder of TASTE for Equity. Joth is dedicated to mentoring and advising boards, organizations and individuals around strategic initiatives to ensure strong economic growth throughout the region and equitable opportunities for all.

    Paige Hendrix Buckner

    All Raise

    Paige Hendrix Buckner is the CEO of All Raise, a non-profit committed to creating a tech culture where women and non-binary voices are leading, shaping, and funding the future. Before becoming All Raise’s CEO, Paige served as the organization’s Chief of Staff and most recently, Interim CEO. Prior to joining All Raise, Paige was the COO of Founder Gym, the largest online program training underrepresented founders on how to raise venture capital. In just four years, Founder Gym trained over 650 underrepresented founders across 26 countries, and as of 2022, 10% of all Black women who raised $1 million or more in the U.S. venture ecosystem was a graduate of Founder Gym. Following an early career in education and public policy, Paige started her own venture, ClientJoy. While building her company she developed the TIE Young Entrepreneurs program.

    Himalaya Rao is the Managing Director and Solo GP of The BFM Fund, a seed-stage fund focused on highly scalable Black and diverse-led deal flow across industries, within the United States. Prior to becoming a GP, Himalaya got an MBA and specialized training in Venture Finance and worked in seven different firms as an Associate, Deal Lead, and eventually Fund Manager. She is also currently the co-Executive Director of Venture Partners, a non-profit aimed at training people at the intersection of race, class, and gender. Through her work in creating equity within venture capital, she has been recognized as one of the Rising Stars in Venture Capital by the NVCA/Venture Forward, a Forty under 40 recipient by the Portland Business Journal, and a VCI Fellow.

    Isabelle Styslinger is an Associate on the investment team at Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund. She joined the firm in 2023 and focuses on sourcing, due diligence and supporting existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Revolution, Isabelle was a Corporate Venture and Innovation Associate at Silicon Foundry, a San Francisco-based firm, where she advised Fortune 500 corporations on investing in and partnering with innovative startups. Isabelle also worked for Netflix where she developed privacy products and solutions and has experience lobbying for major technology companies. Isabelle graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Political Science, with a concentration in Internet Law and Policy through a dual enrollment program at MIT.

    Senior Associate, FUSE

    Sara Lindquist, a Seattle-native, is Senior Associate on the investment team at FUSE, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in Pacific Northwest-based software companies within the B2B automation stack. FUSE is actively investing out of their second Fund. Sara began her career in industry analyst relations at Smartsheet, a publicly traded collaborative work management company. Prior to Smartsheet, Sara worked as a venture capitalist at Ignition Partners where she focused on B2B marketplaces. Sara graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dartmouth College and was captain of the varsity volleyball team. Sara also produced a professionally recorded EP/CD with Nashville-based Skyville Music.

    During his 15-year career playing Major League Baseball, Jed built a vast network in professional sports - from the clubhouse to the press box to the front office. His understanding of the sports industry and his experience competing at the highest level of his sport provide him with a valuable perspective on angel investing in sports startups. Jed has a political science degree from Stanford, where he played baseball and was a two-time All American. He serves on the board of Project Béisbol, a non-profit providing baseball and softball equipment and instruction to vulnerable communities in Latin America. Jed and his wife Milessa have invested in sports startups in the apparel and sports philanthropy space.

Allie Magyar

Tech Founder, Mentor and Angel Investor

Allie, a serial entrepreneur, is known for her passion in connecting people to achieve more together. She has successfully scaled and exited multiple businesses while breaking down barriers in both technology and gender equity. In 2016, Allie won investment at Bend Venture Conference for Hubb, a technology company in the meetings and events industry. Allie has been recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by the Oregon Entrepreneur Network. She currently chairs the Technology Association of Oregon, is a sought-after keynote speaker and actively volunteers with early stage startups in the Portland area while cherishing time with her family. She’s also known for celebrating the journey and throwing epic costume parties.
